NOT RELIABLE AT ALL

Hi I was following up my order with Dawn wing couriers and only to find out that they have been sitting with my order and their system showed that the address was incomplete I called them gave them the correct address,funny part the person assisting me was confirming my cellphone number and it was correct, but they never bothered to call me and confirm the address. They promised to deliver my parcel on the 05 November 2020 and never did,this morning i called them and spoke to Bonnita who told me that the call i did yesterday was not showing on their system and the address was not updated ,she told me that the parcel was being delivered at another address and she will call me back and she never did, until now at 2:15 pm i called again to follow up and i spoke to Faith Janka who said she cant put me through to a manager or supervisor she will escalate my issue as it shows that the parcel was send back to the sender. my question is why did they sent me 2 sms 's for me to click on the link for the parcel that was not going to be delivered, I checked their portal just after receiving the sms it said parcel delivered now parcel has been sent back with them trying to call me,

please good people don't rely on this company they are not reliable and they don't know customer service.
