Not keeping promises

I oredered a package from the UK. it arrived and when it arrived i was informed that " Shipments needs to be cleared and paid for within 7 days of arrival in South Africa. Should the shipment not be cleared and paid for within this period, the shipment will automatically be sent to Customs States Warehouse where it will attract storage fees as well as a late clearances penalty of R5000.00. All costs incurred (Customs Penalty as well as storage fees and documentation fees) to retrieve the shipment after submission to the states warehouse will be for your account." This did not happen. they took it upon themselves to return the package back to the UK without my consent which has resulted in me losing out on a really great deal
