Not getting my parcels delivery butt getting msgs everyday that they are delivering

Im getting a ****py service from Dawn wing delivery ,everyday they are sending msgs that my Parcels will be delivered they are not coming ,this is really frustrating as im not even going anywhere ,looking at my phone the whole day but my parcel is not coming .can you please assist with this ****py service.I really need those good as they are for my health support.
