Non existent customer service

What a joke! Not only have I been waiting three weeks for my package, I had to phone to try and figure out what is wrong. They had my address incorrect, but when I checked on my order invoice it was correct. No one contacted me to inform me the address is incorrect. I tried literally the whole day to get through to them, the guy on the line said it would be delivered the following day...guess what I’m still waiting. They are ***********, unprofessional and pathetic.
