NON DELIVERY OF PARCEL

<p>I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since Tuesday this week (06-11-2016). On Thursday it was confirmed that the parcel had been dispatched for delivery. I received an SMS eventually at 17h43 on Thursday afternoon to say my package would be with me in 5 minutes. I still have no package. I was called at 06h13 this morning (Friday) to say my parcel would be delivered between 12h00 and 15h00. It is now 16h03 and still no package. Calls and queries are going unanswered, messages are not returned. I am extremely unhappy!!</p>
