Non-delivery and excuses everyday

My parcel was dispatched and handover to the courier on 14/01/2022. The courier company has not even bothered to give me a call back to advise of any delays on their end or any sort of feedback whenever I query with them. As I write this review, my call was escalated to management who never even called me. No one is able to tell me why my parcel has not been delivered from the 14th to date. Never going to use them again
