Non Delivery and communication

Dawn wing have had my parcel in their depot since the 7th May 2020 already, i managed to get hold of them and they cant understand why it hasn't been delivered. they then said they would investigate and let me know what is going on, this was on the 13th May. till today i have received no correspondence as to when my parcel will be received. also to note it is essential items as well.

this is pathetic for a courier of their caliber
