Nobody answers the phone - bad service again.

Twenty minutes on the phone to get a ask a simple question and nobody, except reception, answers the phone. I get put through to all sort of people who do not answer the phone. So, again no answer.

This is the second delivery in the past couple of months I am having this issue with.
