Nobody answers the phone!!!

After Dawn Wing were 'unable to deliver' a parcel ( I am at home 90% of the time) I contact them to arrange deliver on Thursday. I waited all day and nobody arrived. I gave clear instructions to phone as the door bell was fried by lightening but nobody came. Since Friday I have been trying to get hold of someone to speak to but I am transferred and nobody ever picks up and it eventually cuts out.
