Dawn Wing Couriers is not very focussed on Customer Service, despite their lovely switchboard message.

Parcel sent on a 2-4 day option on 20/12/19 has still not reached its destination and probably never will. All 37 attempts, but one to get in touch with them on either their national or George branch numbers have gone unanswered. With all other call options catered for on their answer service - i.e Contracts, Sales, Track n Trace nor the friendely receptionist will answer the phone or have space in their mailbox for a message to be left.

The worst experience with any courier company ever!!
