No wing carriers

<p>It has now taken almost 2 days to deliver a parcel picked up by them 3 days ago. The level of incompetence by the personnel, who surely should allocate routes & drops to their operators is astounding as they can't even locate/ give approximate drop off times. I dropped everything on the first day as they would have delivered between 09:00 & 15:00, at 14:30 they tell me they are running late but still coming. No further calls & then they don't pitch at all. The next day again they don't stick to THEIR times given to me. Is is common business practice to LIE to customers-if you don't have an answer, find out or say so, don't give wrong information purposefully. </p>
