No way to communicate with them

I bought something on www.onedayonly.co.za and the package is getting delivered via Dawn Wing. Tracking no: ODOCD825247

I have entered my home address when I bought it but during the day I am at work - I have tried numerous occasions to call Dawn Wing to change the delivery details BUT you simply cant get through to anyone to do so - now I have to sit and watch how my parcel is getting booked in, in the mornings, then booked back in the evenings due to nobody being at home to accept it.

Can someone from Dawn Wing PLEASE call me to get the delivery address changed.
