Driver left my house and said no one is home with out announcing that he is outside my gate. I received an SMS that he is 18 minutes away after he left my house. I spent almost an hour on the phone with their customer service. The call was disconnected a few times. When I spoke to a service agent she said that my parcel was still with loot, but the online tracking shows that they have my parcel and that it was with the driver.
