No service from Dawnwing Couriers

We had a gift sent to us weeks in advance of our 50th wedding Anniversary via Netflorist. We were informed the day before the event it would arrive via Dawnwing the next day. Four days later and we're still waiting!! We've had no communication from Dawnwing at all! We receive numerous parcels via couriers, monthly.
