No Service from courier.

Worst service ever. My daughter ordered a parcel on line and ***x are the courier. We are staying in a complex and they had to phone her to open the gate for access. She is waiting for three days for delivery and with every follow up she was informed that nobody was available to receive the parcel or she is not answering his call. How can you operate a business if there is no service.
