NO service delivery

I ordered a bicycle from Makro on the 5th of July and they use Dawn Wing to do deliveries. The set delivery date was the 11th of July. Up until now it was a struggle with one excuse after the other from the Cape Town branch why I haven't received my order yet. Called everyday wasting airtime on empty promises. Why give courier service when you cannot deliver or at least keep your promises. Clearly someone doesn't do their job. I am going away on Saturday and so next week now one will be here to receive the package. This is more than pathetic!
