NO SERVICE AT ALL

Pathetic service. I ordered products online via Retail Box and it seems they are making use of the worst courier service out there. When I read a review on Retail Box's website were a customer stated that they had the worst experience with the courier they used, I should have taken that as an indication not to order, but yet I did. Dawn Wing was supposed to deliver my order on Friday, it never happened, but on their website it said that it was a Failed delivery, which does not make sense. I was at home the entire day and had my phone with me and no one called and there was no one to make a delivery. I contacted Dawn Wing (falls under DPD Laser group of companies), held for about 20 minutes and the man I spoke to, said that he updated the system to make the delivery again on Monday, 8 May. Again I stayed home (I was supposed to go into the office) and waited the entire day. I called DPD Laser again and asked whether my package will be delivered and I as was assured it was. I contacted AGAIN at 5 the afternoon and was assured that the lady contacted the courier and that he was on his way. After 6 the evening, I checked the package tracker again, and it stated that it was a "Failed delivery" as there was no one to hand the package over. WHAT A JOKE! I was home and was actually waiting in the kitchen with FULL VIEW of the street and there was NO COURIER or any phone call. I will NEVER recommend DAWN WING for anyone to use as a courier service. The WORST service ever. And I would suggest Retail Box start using a different courier service.
