No service

Less than 1 star. Horrible customer service. They have had my parcel for almost a week and it has been showing failed delivery for days. No one contacted me and I phoned them 4 times now. They either make false promises or hang up the call...Still no idea if my parcel will ever be delivered...No one should support companies like this.
