No response and no delivery

I live in an Estate that requires a booking to be made to enter the estate. I have had deliveries from Dawn wing I called when at the estate gate so I can get the driver cell number To do a booking. Yesterday however they decided not to call and just left the gate with no delivery. I have sent mail to ask what is going on no response. So when delivery will happen I don't know
