No response after web inquiry

I inquired about an express courier quote on the 2nd of October and received an email stating that an agent will be in contact shortly. It's the 5th of October and still nothing. I need to collect my wedding photos in Rustenburg and have them delivered to me at my workplace in Melrose Arch.

Obviously they have enough business it seems...
