No Refund For An unopened Account

I’m giving you a single star because I have to you don’t deserve it. It you want to experience real bad service try Dawn Wing Couriers out and deal with an *********** person called Barbara Mdluli one useless employee a company could ever have, she has no idea of her company processes yet she is unable to say she will find out. She made me pay a payment upfront for a prepaid account which she did not open, I sent numerous emails doing a follow up and checking if I sent everything they needed and after a week of having paid she responds to my emails saying there’s yet another document missing. I had already opened an account with another courier company so I requested my refund it’s almost 3 weeks of dealing with this useless company but no refund, they close the ticket without resolving the matter each time because clearly their SLA is more important than the real customer service. I hope you guys lose all your customers and close down one day! I paid! You couldn’t assist me! Now why can’t I be refunded!?
