No parcel, No correspondence for over 3 days

<p>I get messasges every morning saying my parcel will be delivered by latest 18:30. I knock off at 5PM and wait till 7PM and no parcel at all. No one calls. I called and ther said they will schedule for before 5PM and nothing happens. This is a pathetic delivery service I've never seen.</p>
