No parcel in sight

I've been waiting for my parcel for the past 2 weeks (this is the 3rd) with zero communication from their side. Don't get me started on how the phone never gets answered.

I'm trying to be a good South African by staying indoors and not going to the store to keep social distancing by ordering online but if I knew I'd have to wait this long, I wouldn't have bothered.
