NO PACKAGE BUT MESSAGES DAILY SAYING IT'S OUT FOR DELIVERY!

I have been waiting for a parcel for the past week. E very morning I get a message that my parcel is out for delivery and then 17:55 I get a message to say that they were unable to deliver. THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE.
