no one seems to know where package

I ordered a watch from matt arend watches online and I was supposed to receive it on Friday that second of October. however when I called their courier company, they said it would be delivered on Monday the fifth of October. When I called them yesterday, my order was on the way apparently would get delivered before 4pm.<br> it is after 12 today and still nothing. I called them, they can only escalate the matter and telling me that the package is at one of their branches. now matt arend has taken my money for a package that I might never receive. R1090 plus delivery. I am disgusted by this behavior and I have spent so much of my airtime calling both companies. What a horrible experience...horrible
