No form of communication regarding my parcel

I did not receive any communication that my parcel was at the gate for delivery, however when I checked the status of my delivery it said "Failed - no one at home". I was home but did not here anything and did not receive a phone call from the courier.

I then called Dawn Wing customer services, where the agent confirm that the courier was supposed to phone me and said that she will contact the courier to get in touch with me for the delivery. After I did not receive anything within a few hours, I sent an email to *** raising my concern, but also did not receive any response.

I have yet to receive a phone call, email, or my parcel from Dawn Wing. Very unsatisfactory service.
