NO FEEDBACK ON WEBSITE OR PHONE

Thsi is really pathetic. I have now spent a total of 9 minutes on calls to dwnwing call centre and ***, i get the options menu, then press 2, then nothing, TOTAL SILENCE!!!<br> when i enter my tracking number on their website it shows nothing, after showing in transit from JHB - CPT since Friday.<br> <br> Can someone please help me find a parcel?<br> <br> Why must this be such a mission.
