No feedback

I've been very disappointed with the service I've received from Dawn Wing regarding a customer who has been waiting for her parcel to be delivered for more than 3 weeks. I have emailed, phoned and sent messages via Facebook and no one can give me a response and tell me when the customer's parcel will be delivered and what the delay is. This is really shocking service.
