A purchase I made through Leisure Books was sent via Dawn Wing to myself, for some reason the order was divided into 3 separate packages. Only 2 arrived via 2 different drivers? I'm still waiting for the third package. The best of all is that it shows all 3 packages was received on the 30th of March for the billing number OTD1S***0??? I have phoned Dawn Wing speaking with Lerato & Theresa, both of whom promised me that they will get back to me, no one has contacted me as yet. Apparently the package is still in Cape Town and Lerato will arrange for the package to be sent to JHB overnight, I will receive the package today? That was yesterday's response, today according to Theresa it looks as if the package is still in Cape Town she will find out what's going on and get back to me. I AM STILL WAITING!!!<br> <br> I AM TIRED OF PHONING AFTER DAWN WING WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!!!! IT IS CLEAR THAT CLIENT SERVICE IS OF NO PRIORITY!!
