No delivery! Zero customer service

This courier company has not delivered my parcel since they sent me an sms about delivery on the 11th of May. They incorrectly updated on the retail online store that they have delivered my order. When I queried this with Lebo on the 21st, she confirmed that I would receive delivery on the 22nd. I have not received my parcel still and after spending 30 mins on the phone with Samantha, she promised to contact me once she has located my parcel and she did not. Poor poor service and no feedback
