I did booked my documents to be collected from the Pretoria ******** Records Centre on Friday, April 1st. I paid the overnight fees and been informed that the collection will be happen next Monday.<br> <br> I followed up my collection via call centre on Mon 04th afternoon and the gentleman informed me that there were no collection been booked under the number that I had on Friday? and He did provided me with a new collection Ref no with a promise to book the collection immediately.<br> <br> I've been emailing the ladies responsible for my initial booking with no response, and Phoned again on Thursday and Friday the 8th and nothing been done.<br> <br> My documents are ready for collection since Friday the 1st, and DW is wasting my time.<br> <br> I must admit I am completely frustrated and shocked from such unprofessional practice. I paid overnight fee due to the urge and need for these documents a.s.a.p but DW let me down.<br> <br> I've used another couriers provider on the same week and they did collected my documents on the same day of payment and deliver it to my house the next early morning.
