No delivery once again

Your delivery guy, Sipho Refiloe *** contacted me yesterday and refuses to deliver my parcel at the given address on the parcel. I drove all the way to meet him and when i contacted him he was extremely rude to me and said he had left and is already in another town. I paid for my parcel to be delivered to me at my work address yet i must drive around and look for him. My parcel number is RS***. Your website also says he contacted me many times and could not reach me which is false! He never contacted me.
