No delivery on the day requested.

Extremely upset with the service I received from Dawn Wing. They were entrusted with the delivering of my boyfriend's valentines present by Netflorist. They did not deliver on the day requested. They couldn't get their directions right even after sending them a pin location. They messed up our entire weekend as we had to sit and wait at home for the delivery which never arrived. This forced us to stay home the following day in order to accept the delivery. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
