NO DELIVERY OF GOODS AS PROMISED

Hello<br> <br> Continuously I have been checking my email and tracking number on my parcel I ordered on Bid or Buy, and continuously it states that error nr 3 contact not available. I then proceeded to send an email to your establishment in which I receIved a telephone call yesterday 25/01/2016 from if I am correct, Charmaine.<br> <br> I gave her the waybill nr and she informed me that it was a trouble parcel because no one was available. *******!, (I have been at home since last week and awaiting my parcel to no avail and no one called or came knocking at my residence.) She then assured me that my parcel would be delivered to me the very next day, JA RIGHT!!!<br> <br> I do not appreciate the fact that I am being held hostage in my own home due to an *********** courier company that can not deliver or, employees that are not competent in doing their jobs correctly and delivering items as they should.
