No delivery. No way of contacting Dawnwing

They said a deliver attempt was made. We were home when they said the delivery attempt was made. Now it has been six days and we haven't been able to contact dawning via website or phone. No other delivery attempts have been made. Have no idea what happened to the package. No way of knowing and no way of contacting them.
