No delivery - no response

For customer deliveries "Game Online" uses "Time Freight" via "Dawnwing". I have no idea why "Dawnwing" would contract to a terrible delivery company such as "Time Freight" In fact, if you look at their Hello Peter ratings, you can see they should refrain from attempting to do business.

"Dawnwing" should be accountable for their contractors. "Dawnwing" do not respond to enquiries. So, now customers have to resort to Hello Peter and social media platforms to receive what they've paid for.
