No delivery in at least two days

Parcel was due for delivery Friday, received message it will be delivered before 17h00. Nothing arrived, not even a message about the delay. Spoke to agent Saturday 27 Jan 2024 and she first battled to find the parcel on their system. Later she found it and then said a supervisor will contact me. Never happened. Monday 29 Jan 2024, I receive notification parcel will be delivered 0n 29 Jan 2024 before 17h00. On the system it is mentioned that they could not get hold of me at 19h04. No indication of missed calls on my phone. Again, notification delivery will be before 17h00. I have requested a time slot, I need to leave the house and can’t, must wait for them. This is by far the worst courier service I have ever dealt with.
