No delivery

Been waiting all week for delivery and the tracking info is not at all accurate. When I call I get told they received the parcel the previous day and delivery will be today. This is the excuse everyday. According to tracking delivery attempt failed at 1:57am this morning. Absolutely *******'s service!!
