No delivery and Worst service NEVER received!

Worst couriers ever. My parcel was handed over to their Pretoria branch on 2 November 2019. Today is the 22nd November 2019 and they still have not delivered or called, yet I stay less than 25km from their branch. When I call, instead of helping, their employee Aaron Mashila hanged the phone up. He is now ignoring my calls. Absolutely the worst service I’ve NEVER received.
