No delivery and they blame me

Ordered on 6th of August 2021. Still no package a week later. When I contacted their service centre, i was informed that repeated attempts to contact me were unsuccessful, however i have received no phone calls and no one tried to contact our gate. It seems that whoever had to deliver my package was just not in the mood to work that day! Rest assured, i will not be making use of their services again
