No delivery and no response
6 calls over 3 days and get told delivery tomorrow (day 4). Called through over the 3 day period, and no delivery. Promised to be called back, and never happens. No effort made to make delivery arrangements. 3 days for delivery from Pretoria to Sunninghill is not acceptable. Their claim to be the best courier company is far from the truth.
Customer service is not a priority whatsoever.
