no delivery and no contact

<p>on the track and trace it said parcel collected and will be delivered, so i phoned twice and ask if it was on its way and they said yes, about 6pm they phoned and said i must confirm my address and then they will only deliver it tomorrow, so next day i phoned and they said it is on its way, few hours later i phoned and what time it will be delivered and they again ask my delivery address whic i gave and then they said they will deliver the next day, so i will see if the same is going the happen, the parcel is a gift for my son which was yesterday so now i look like a bad father, CNA please use another courier company. </p>
