No delivery after three weeks of waiting

I placed an order on the 26th of November and I still have not received it yet. I called them on a few occasions and I was told its not their responsibility to follow up on the delivery and I should call Dawnwing. When I called Dawnwing they said Spree sent a few of our companies orders to the wrong city and they still have not rectified it. This is not the first time I've ordered from them and I have not changed my address so how is it an issue now.

After several follow ups with Dawn Wing it seems like they're not bothered to action my Delivery since botg parties received my payment. I have been getting false promises saying it will be shipped over night on 6 different occasions and still nothing! I need this sorted out as in yesterday its a Christmas gift. I spoke to krystal, deborah, shaun, ruwayda and desire but they still cant seem to sort this problem out. I dont understand what their issue is.

Its three weeks and in still waiting.

This is pathetic service!
