No delivery after claimed contact not available

On the 27th of November I checked my tracking number and it claimed my delivery had been dispatched. I received no communication of any delivery schedule on the 27th thus I thought it would still be done. Fast forward to the evening and I check my tracking number again where it now stated no delivery with the reason that contact not available. I then went to check the CCTV footage at my home and no dawn wing vehicle was ever there. Also no one contacted me on my phone. This unprofessional behavior from Dawn Wing.
