No delivery

I have not received the parcel that was shipped on the 27/03/2019, I called runwaysale offices and was given Dawn wing tracking number ,I called Dawn wing they say the parcel is in JHB they will request to be sent to Witbank, I called again they told me that the parcel is on the way from Cape Town to JHB,now I don’t know which is which, waybill number RS **********
