No delivery

I ordered an item from makro online, which needed to come from Springfield branch to Cape Town. My package has now been out for delivery for 3days now according to dwan wings message but I am yet to see the driver. If I call Dawn Wing they do not seem willing to contact the driver to find out where he is, and all they can tel me is they will try to deliver the package before 6,if they can't they will try the next day. This quite frankly is not good enough. Any other courier company would have called the driver to see where he was! I know this as I have dealt with most of the courier companies running out of South Africa. Please do not call me or reply to this post unless you have something other than a location on my package or an exact time I can expect it delivered!
