No Delivery

Hi

I ordered my PS4 from FNB online during the black Friday sales for my son in CPT . Immediately there was a message to say my order will be delivered on the 28th. I was so happy as i was leaving for CPT on the 30th with my sons PS4. on the 29th i received a notification both via Text and e-mail that my order was delivered. The question is where was it delivered as I never did.

on the 30th I made calls and i was told the delivered delivered it at a wrong address. I asked the guys in Isando Dawn Wing that I am flying out in the evening and i need my sons PS4 only thing i was getting through out the day was we will call you back . No one ever called me back I tried again around 16:00 and their phones were down, i am forced to cancel my flight now hoping i have the order tomorrow.

This is the worst service ever from dawn wing, another thing your drivers while do they deliver stuff without Identification #pnj ********** 5
