No Delivery

My goods were originally meant to be delivered at my work in Stellenbosch, I phoned on Tuesday to find out how to change the delivery address as I had been booked off sick and wanted the goods delivered at home, the receptionist said she would call me back, she never did. Wednesday morning I receive a phone call from a driver who has my goods in Grabouw, he said he needs to go back to the office and can't drop it in Gordons bay on his way back to the office. So I call the office again, once again explain that I am not at work, and they got the work address wrong in any case. After holding on for 5 minutes, being cut off, calling back and holding on for more than 5 minutes the lady at reception takes my details and says she will sort out the problem and have the driver reroute and call me with feedback, still nothing.<br> <br> Yesterday again after holding on forever for someone in the radio room which I never got through to, I was transferred to problem parcels, spoke to a lady who said Noel in the radio room has my package, switch board transfers me to radio room again and after holding for 13 minutes I get cut off! <br> <br> I still don't have my goods and don't know what to do anymore.
