No customer service

Bad experience They send an SMS stating your order is out for delivery then no one shows. I requested a call, i mailed, I even send a message on Facebook no one ever apologized. I waited the entire day. Now exactly the same thing is happening I was suppose to get my parcel yesterday stayed home the entire freakin day nothing has arrived, so today again home waiting for the parcel. Poor customer service.
