No Communiaction

My parcel is at dawn wing for delivery, and while I've been waiting with no communication, I tracked it to find out that apparently the delivery had failed due to an incomplete address. Here's the thing, no one has contacted me, I didn't even get an SMS when it was on delivery or any communication when it failed. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my parcel... I am a repeat customer and my address is the same every time, I don't understand how now all of a sudden it's an issue.
